Candidly, both sides of the hiring desk have NO PLAN to differentiate themselves from their competition. 

After speaking with thousands of job seekers discussing their career objectives and after working with hundreds of companies helping them recruit and retain talent, I have learned that both sides of the hiring desk have very little capacity to market themselves effectively.   However, learning how to market your skills and experiences  or learing how to effectively market the your company’s job offering is a huge competitive advantage for job seekers and employer.
